You’ll be supported by someone who knows the venue inside out, understands your vision, and is committed to making your day run smoothly, beautifully, and joyfully. We offer an on-the-day coordinator as standard with your venue hire, but can also offer extra help in advance if you would prefer.

We offer two levels of coordination, giving you the flexibility to choose the support that suits your needs.

The Essentials Coordination Package
INCLUDED WITH VENUE HIRE
Perfect for couples who are planning their own wedding and have booked their own suppliers, but would like on-the-day support from a professional who knows the venue inside out.
Your Wedding Coordinator will:

Be your main point of contact from booking to the big day

Host your planning meeting 6–8 weeks before your wedding

Create a detailed, personalised timeline for the day

Liaise with your suppliers the week of your wedding to confirm logistics

On-the-day support with laying out place cards, favours, table plans and décor

Oversee the smooth running of the day from guest arrival through to the first dance

Ensure all key moments (ceremony, speeches, cake cut) are perfectly timed

Troubleshoot behind the scenes so you don’t have to

The Signature Coordination Package
SIX WEEKS BEFORE, INCLUDING ON-THE-DAY CO-ORDINATION
£750 INCLUDING VAT
​​Ideal for couples who would like more support in the lead-up to their wedding, with expert advice and help pulling together the finer details.
This offers hands-on help, including some out-of-hours support, from 6 weeks out. This includes complete supplier management and the creation of a personalised wedding schedule, along with dedicated personal assistance on the day itself (as above).
Your Wedding Coordinator will provide everything in the Essentials package, plus:

An additional planning meeting 6-12 months before the wedding

Support with your floor plan and furniture layout

Guidance on timings and styling suggestions

Help coordinating supplier drop-offs, set-up and styling
